Google is not the problem. It is your system is being run in a less than secure manner.

A well protected and run with best practices system is unlikely to get attacked.

I think the problem is with a file called 'google-instant-scraper.exe'. Check this and do a text search on the page for scraper:

It's provided by some place called bogan marketing:

I think it was either a part of the google crap you installed or you unintentionally downloaded the bogan marketing software.
