My laptop makes a continuous beeping noise whenever I stop moving my mouse, the beep changes when I lift the mouse, but is continuous all the same.
I'd think there some input going on. Either a stuck key or stuck mouse button or some reason that the beep is being caused. Might have to switch sounds to maybe find out.
Why did it take me over a year to phone in a problem to ATT?
Try going to Control Panel> Sound> Sounds. Check to see if you have set some mouse actions to make audible sounds.
