how do i increase the dedicated video memory?

Specs: Windows 7, 2.4 GHz / 3764 MB

how do i increase the dedicated video memory on my laptop? i have intel HD graphics card with 128mb of dedicated memory and 1754 mb of total memory. how can i change it? i heard i can do it on the bios but how much will that really help?

Post the service tag for your laptop here. It is the number on the bottom next to the barcode.

You can't change dedicated memory to the video card. You may be able to add a bit to shared memory in bios.

Well, one could figure out at the factory how to change memory if it is even supported with the chipset but no less than factory user could.

1/3 of highway deaths are caused by drunks. The rest are by people who can't drive any better than a drunk.

well you could i could of bought the one wit 512mb but it was 300 dollars extra. forget that. also i dont belive the make this computer anymore. i think i also could of got it with the i7 core but idk. 58N7WM1. also i checked the bios and i dont think i found anything for changing dedicated memory

Is 58N7WM1 your service tag? If so, I think you have an ATI mobility 5650 GPU with 2048MB of dedicated memory. Look at the link below.
