Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate, Core 2 quad (inside)/4GB
There is a fuzzy black shadow after every word, letter, diagram, photograph on my monitor which is a 20 inch LCD HP monitor set at 125% resolution. This started after I tried to recalibrate my monitor when taking up a digital photography course and when I tried to return it back to its previous settings, the ghosting didn't go away. Please help.

Are you running your monitor at the native resolution? Resolution is a number like 1024x768. You are referring to the magnification settings in Control Panel> display.

Have you tried setting the display at 100% (default)?

What is the refresh rate set at?

The native resolution for the HP 2009M is 1600 x 900 @ 60Hz.
