I am having trouble getting my computer to start. The power turns on and all of my fans and cards recieve power, but no start up. When I first turn the computer on the hard drive reads and spins but nothing else. After about seconds no hard drive activity at all. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
More Information would help but I would disconnect everything but motherboard connections and video board connections, Reset the CMOS and try again. The CPU fan must be working to keep it cool. By not getting any beeps or video your motherboard may be bad. Remove the memory and see if you get any beeps. Knowing the motherboard make and model always helps in troubleshooting.
