Comment: hi my friend made my computer a while back and i never found out what type of ram i have. He is in the army now so i cant ask him. how do i find out what kind of ram i have? and do i need to buy the same type i already have or can i buy 2 different types plz donate ram to the crazed_masta charity fund. He is in need of help.

It will tell you everything you need to know about your hardware and a whole lot more. Once you know what motherboard you have you an visit www.crucial.com and they will tell you exactly what ram you need. I used to have a signature but it disappeared and I just couldn't be bothered writing another so please feel free to ingore this.
