How do I do to know the model of my modem. It's because I bought a new computer with AMD modem (with drivers of an AMD modem), but when I open the CPU, I found a Zoltrix modem instead of the AMD (and the house where I bought it, doesn't exist anymore). So... I know that I have a Zoltrix modem, but I don't know the model (for download the driver) Thanx. PS: Excuse my poor english

Go to Control Panel, click on Modems. The make and model should be displayed.

I suggest removing the modem and inspecting it in detail. Then do a google search and every possible character string you can find on the modem. One of these strings will be the model number and your googele search will get a hit on it and tell you what you need to know. Have you tried physically installing it and then seeing if Windows may already have a driver? Even if it doesn't, it still should be able to detect (and report in Control Panel) the make and model number.
