How do I do to know the model of my modem.
It's because I bought a new computer with AMD modem (with drivers of an AMD modem), but when I open the CPU, I found a Zoltrix modem instead of the AMD (and the house where I bought it, doesn't exist anymore). So... I know that I have a Zoltrix modem, but I don't know the model (for download the driver)

Thanx.

PS: Excuse my poor english

Go to Control Panel, click on Modems. The make and model should be displayed.

I suggest removing the modem and inspecting it in detail. Then do a google search and every possible character string you can find on the modem. One of these strings will be the model number and your googele search will get a hit on it and tell you what you need to know. Or you may get lucky and find the model number right here:

or here:

Have you tried physically installing it and then seeing if Windows may already have a driver? Even if it doesn't, it still should be able to detect (and report in Control Panel) the make and model number.

Failing that, this Zoltrix web site will help you identify your model:
