How can I upgrade my eMac from a 10.3.9 version to a 10.4.9

I am looking to upgrade my eMac and I am wanting to get the best, fast, efficient software to be able to roam the web, edit music, use all of Microsoft word, processor, excel, powerpoint etc.

You can run up to Mac OS 10.5.8 Leopard. You can probably find a copy on eBay
