There are no commands that will give you direct access to the FAT. You need a completely separate application like WinHex.

If you are getting an error message about there being an error in the FAT table on the flash drive, there are programs you can use to fix that problem.

You can use the "load" subcommand in debug.exe to read sectors directly from a disk, and you can write them back again with the "write" subcommand. Details at:

But unless you really know what you are doing I wouldn't bother; chances are you'll end up corrupting your hard disk.
