There's no point moaning about it here. We are not Microsoft. You shouldn't rely on a free email service if you are likely to need it for important stuff. I don't think it's justified to or complain about something that's free anyway. You ought to get yourself a subscription-based email service my friend.
Hi Alinta, Emails and txts are not necessarily instantaneous. Occasionally I have experienced delays of a couple of hours or more.
a) if the important email is being rejected, ask the sender the reason why.
b) have the sender send to a different address (not hotmail)
c) in case there are Hotmail problems, you might use a differnet email provider for contacting the sender.
Please advise back on progress.
