i would really like to build a high end gaming rig but i can only afford 100-200$ a month is it possible or adviable to do it this way and if so what do you recomend i prefer amd to intel and ati to nvidia but am open to all suggestions or comments

High end gaming & "budget" don't go together. $100-200 will just about cover the cost of the video card.

Not advisable to buy in pieces. Save your cash and when you have enough then buy all the components together. Will be cheaper that way for the same hardware. The prices go down on the same stuff.

Save your money til your ready. By time you have enough $ newer hardware will be out there causing mid range gear prices will drop.

yeah, ($150/month) x (10 months) = sick new PC next September.
