CPU/Ram: 2.53ghz@2.6ghz/1024mb

what is the best psu for my system becuase my turbolink 420watt is giving me trouble when i play games the +3.3v goes goes down to 2.992v and idle it stays at 3.072
my pc:
asus p4b533-e mobo
1024mb of ram 2100
maxtor 7200rpm 60gig hd
gforce ti 4600
sound blaster audigy gamer sound card

you should get a meter and test it yourself or maybe its time to get a new power supply
mine is similar to yours, if your computer works fine, don't fix it

well its making my pc beep hi/low pitches when i play planetside and its getting annoying

The supply isn't regulating properly, as you indicated. It will probably cost more to repair than to replace. I would look for a new supply with 450 watts. If you continue to use it, it may damage your system. Low voltage can be as bad as high voltages.
