Help with BIOS boot error 0189 invalid RFID

Specs: Windows Vista
BIOS Boot error 0189 invalid RFID conifguration information area

I keep getting this message at the boot up and its driving me mad, how do i go around this or correct it??????

When your computer boots up, press the button to go into the BIOS settings, its usually DEL or F2 or something like that (it will say which one it is). And in usually the last tab (section) it will have the option to load defaults and save, choose that options, press Enter and let the computer reboot.

On OEM computers the setup is the same as the BIOS. Both are the BIOS. So if you have a brand name computer look for the keystroke to enter the setup screens.

Did you change any hardware just prior to this event?

hi guys,
thx for the help but it isnt letting me change anything!!!! its a old IBM think pad and for some reason not letting me change anything in the set up, any more ideas???
