Help Random Restart

OS: Windows XP
CPU/Ram: 1.67ghz Athlon XP with 51

Ok iam running Windows XP with AMD Athlon XP 1.67ghz 2000+ and 512 ddr Corsair pc2100 ram. When i ran XP my tempurate was 45 celcius and 30 celcius system temperature. I was chatting on msn and suddenly windows xp restarted. Then after the Post Bios, the computer restarted again. It did this 3 times before booting to Windows XP. This happened alot of time to me.Plz help..i checked the cables and conenctions and they are all secure

get memtest86 from memtest86.com and test your memory out or borrow another stick of ram from your friend. Most likely your ram is bad

It can also be the power supply. If it became unstable that may cause the rebooting !!!

I have experienced that problem due to bad or incompatible RAM. I would definitely check into that...
