My laptop is experiencing some hardware problem. It keeps suddenly turning off quite often and usually I have to wait at least 1 hour to start it to work again. Is there any online diagnostics program that can scan my PC to find out the exact hardware problem it has? Somebody please?!

could it be overheating? do the fans appear to work? are the vents all clogged in dust etc? do you use on resting on a soft surface (carpet / bed etc), that tends to cover up the cooling vents.

try unchecking automatically restart and post the EXACT error message that comes up when the PC crashes
