I am writing this because I need help from a computer engineer or somebody in that field. I have to do a report on this topic because I plan to pursue this as a career. I need to put together an interview for this report. I have listed the questions below in hope that somebody will read them and assist me. Any help will be appreciated.

You know what I would do, is go to a place when they are employed like, Verizon in your town and just one for an interview, or could be done on the phone even.
