Good Evening Folks

I'm in the final prep stages of my first build and I have a couple of questions. The Case I'm using has two heat sensors that feed a digital readout display. The instructions are very vague as to where the best place to put them is. So I come to you. CPU and Hard drives seem the most logical. But where and how?I've read in some places that knowing the ambient temp of the entire case is important too. If anyone has a better idea I'm all ears. Also, on the subject of heat, I have 2 160gb drives. My case allows for 7 drives over (3) 3.5 cages that range from 3/4 of the way to the top, all the way to the bottom.. As far as drive placement goes, is it better to keep them far apart? Or does it matter? BTW, I have an ASUS Mobo with a 925XE Chipset if that helps on the sensor issue.

Thanks for listening,

Sue

I would stick one around about where the HDD's are going and one just to measure the general air temperature in the case.
