Hey I need big help, I have the Maxtor HDD Model D740X and I dont know how the HDD is not working, I download the Diagnostic software from Maxtor and running and give the error number 000R03, I contact the Maxtor about this error and not answer yet, and I need to recovery the information I have inside.

until you get the answer from maxtor about what the error means you are stuck. Have you called the? reason I ask is I have dealt with them in the past and they can give you an explanation of the error over the phone.
