I've found them using Scandisk.

There are some handy utilities here;

Depending on the make of your drive, you may not only be able to detect bad sectors, but work around them too. good luck

You have to run Scandisk in DOS mode to see bad sectors. The graphic shows the already flaged sectors as scandisk does a surface scan to look for more.
