Hi. My 30gb Western Digital HDD is clicking all the tyme now. Before it would click ever so often. It sounds like the click when u turn some HDDs on. But now it's clicking almost constantly. Anyone know how to fix this? The computer is in a tight spot and getting to it is a pain. Thanks 4 the input!

When a hdd starts making odd noises it generally is a sign it is on its way out.

Therefore as a matter of urgency, move all required info elsewhere and bin the old disc.

Think about it -if you do not take this precaution and the hdd then fails totally what effect will it have on your computing?

Good luck - Keep us posted.
