Comment:

I've been getting this awkward hardware issue every since yesterday. My computer will run fine for a certain period of time without incident, could be anywhere from 10 seconds into turning the PC on to 5 hours and suddenly the video information to my monitors will cease and the keyboard will stop responding. (based on the fact the NumLock, CapsLock, and ScrollLock keys stop lighting up or shutting off.) Any ideas?

Overheating is my first guess. Check both fans and look for dust.

I thought the same, but I opened the case and it's not bad, but I removed the dust from the CPU heat sink and it still does it.

Maybe a RAM problem. You should download memtest and run a test on the RAM sticks one by one, if you have more than one stick.

A lot of times the power supply starts to go and it's hard to tell. Look closely for black marks near the fan
