hardware conflicts

i need to get this computer running fast! but there is a problem! there are hardward conflicts..
IRQ 5 - FM801 PCI Audio
IRQ 5 - IRQ Holder for PCI Steering
IRQ 10 - Inetl 82371AB/EB PCI to USB Universal Host Controller
IRQ 11 - IRQ Holder for PCI Steering
IRQ 11 - Intel740-854 Win9x PCI.53.1.1701-980501
IRQ 11 - IRQ Holder PCI Steering
IRQ 14 - Primary IDE controller [dual fifo]
IRQ 14 - Inetl 82371AB/EB PCI Bus Master IDE Controller
IRQ 15 - Secondary IDE controller [dual fifo]
IRQ 15 - Inetl 82371AB/EB PCI Bus Master IDE Controller

i got all this when i reinstalled windows 98 sec. i am thinking i have installed the wrong drivers, the sound, video, and usb are on board if thats any help
thanx for any help!

all I see are 100% normal IRQs. no conflicts there

whom... ah..... lets see.... ummmm.. well uh..maybe...well,,,, I know that you do not have the intel chipset drivers for the motherboard downloaded. Go to intel and download the intel chipset for that model of board. "And no its not on the cd" and "yes the model is on the board". Look it up and download the correct drivers.

well i go to my system information and go to conflicts, and thats wut shows up, my USB isn't working.. everything else is, i'm goin to download the chipset DanielG, i have to get home first, i will get bac to ya
