hardware conflicts

i need to get this computer running fast! but there is a problem! there are hardward conflicts.. i got all this when i reinstalled windows 98 sec. i am thinking i have installed the wrong drivers, the sound, video, and usb are on board if thats any help thanx for any help!
all I see are 100% normal IRQs. no conflicts there

whom... ah..... lets see.... ummmm.. well uh..maybe...well,,,, I know that you do not have the intel chipset drivers for the motherboard downloaded. Go to intel and download the intel chipset for that model of board. "And no its not on the cd" and "yes the model is on the board". Look it up and download the correct drivers.
