Comment:

Lo all, I'm posting a darn annoying problem, which im to sure its to do with the hardware in me computer.
Basicaly, I'm a fairly knowledgable person about computers, knowing if i don't run defrags, check your system for adware, blah blah... it's gonna run slower and screw up faster... and if im completely wrong there i'll go insane because I do run these sort of programs!
Ever since I bought new Hardware for my computer, motherboard, RAM, Graphics Card etc, it screws up within mere months of installing XP! In this case, I would estimate... 5 months by now. And I even researched a fair bit, to ensure each piece of hardware would work alright with each other when I brought them!

I mean, I swear this had happened to me forever, when I had my Voodoo, my AMD K-6 II 500 processor... and it doesn't stop, no matter what patches I have downloaded, or utilities to aid my system :(

Listing some problems I have at the moment: When lots of RAM is being consumed (I believe) and changed frequently, it crashes out and restarts (When Modding for Morrowind that is mostly!), happens alot with Vice City too!
I get frequent explorer crashes, only a moment ago it happened cause I was surfing Google Search Results! I even got an explorer crash 3 days are installing XP Pro, is that normal!?
And now.. which appears to be attacking everyone, is this piece of baka Bridge.exe trying to break through my Zone Alarm Firewall! And now is busting up, and claims a Bridge.dll can't be found on startups!

Basicaly, in my history of using my personal computer, it has screwed up... and was hoping someone could possibly point out that piece of hardware... or something I could be missing out that is SCREWING it all up ^_^

.... Okie... hardware are as follows:

Processor: AMD 2400+ (running 2007mhz atm... and usualy around 60 Celcius >_<)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-7VA-C
RAM: 1 Stick of 512DDR RAM, fairly new like the mobo.
Graphics Card: Geforce 4 FX5600 256MB (V9560TD)
Sound Card: Sound Blaster Pro 128... I need a new one!
Monitor: I'm getting a new one VERY soon, the connection buggered up and sometimes the blue colour dissapears, lol!

I have 2 Hard drives, 2 year old Maxtor 20GB, and a very new Samsung 80GB... I couldn't resist the offer ~_~
I have 1 CD-RW and 1 DVD Drive present in my computer, I have never seen any issues yet related too them... unlikely me thinks anyway ^_^

I hope I'm not sounding like a ... I can't say that... uh... an evil person asking and presenting like this >_< Because I no mean to be... It just becomes frustrating when you spend so much and gain so little!

Thanks for your help people... and hope to hear good news... >_<

And for crying out loud!!!!!! How do you log into this place, so I don't have to write this ALL AGAIN when I try to post? Although I stuck it on remember my login now, I ain't counting on it to do so if ya know what I mean ~_~ They should make a login screen...

That's too long and rambling to post again. I suggest you be more concise and try to describe the actual problems that occur more completely.
From your incomplete descriptions, I would say that it is very unlikely to be a hardware problem.

Ninja
Paragraph 1 states you have a problem but does not explain what it is.

Paragraph 2 talks about an entirely different computer

What do you mean RAM changed frequently? How are you knowing that lots of RAm is being consumed? Are you looking at your performance? "I even got an explorer crash 3 days are installing XP Pro" (what exactly does that mean?
60C seems quite high since I have a 2600+ and am running around 40.
Why do you need a new sound card?
"Monitor: I'm getting a new one VERY soon, the connection buggered up and sometimes the blue colour dissapears, lol!" (no relevence to what your asking?)
Please write only what's relevant. It seems you're doing too much rambling. Not trying to be rude here, just trying to offer help. Get short and to the point (maybe even start with only one problem that you think is the most relevant and go from there).

60C is definitely going to cause some problems.

Once you are in a game I am sure that rises even more....

You need to get a new fan for your heatsink.

Did you install it or someone else. If you paid to have it installed take it back and tell them it is overheating and to put a better fan on it.

It also sounds like you may have some spyware

Try downloading and using adaware and spybot search and destroy.

This would be a good start to isolate the problems...

Uh... I spent ages righting that, and I always thought my writing was getting poor ~_~ I think I'll pass on trying to explain, I think it isn't going to be easy, lol.
I guess can live with the problems a couple more years... And I'm pretty sure it isn't easily fixed from whats happening anyway with my computer...

Thanks for your help people ^_^ In the mean time I will improve my writing.... lol

Ninja,
I'm sorry if I offended you (I'm not trying to do that at all). You shouldn't have to live with the problem. You really do need to fix that heat issue or you're going to have bigger problems. Please don't get offended and let us try to help. If you don't want to, that's fine but at least take it somewhere and have it looked at, don't settle with it.

lol, dont worry, I took no offense! Its bizare about the heat problem though, I brought a fan that should have suited the speed of the processor... and im sure I got my multipliers right and such in the processor settings >_<
And although this doesn't cover all the issues on my computer... I suppose it could fix my RAM issue by chance ^_^
I guess I'll get a fan that's thats designed to cool Athlon 3000 speeds or summit? ~_~

Thanks for your help people ^_^
