I have just installed a second hard drive which is fujitsi 20G as a slave, but it will not give me more than 512 mb,I have fdisk it and I can't seem to convert from fat16 to fat 32,I have partioned it,just about tried everything.I have tried in windows to convert to fat 32 without success. The BIOS tells me there it is a 20Gig,but when I format it,it formats very fast and I am left with 512 mb instead of 20 Gig and then it will not install windows 98 as it has not got enough space.

As far as I know, it can't be the hard drive size limit. Do you know if your bios can support 20 gigs of hard drive space?
During fdisk is there an option to enable large disk support for drives in excess of 2gb? If there is, enable it. You should be able to format your pc into fat32. Do a full format and choose to format it as FAT32.
If that still doesn't work, then my last suggestion is to split your hard drive into separate partitions. During fdisk, choose to create a partition. Separate into 2 or 3 smaller partitions to see if it works.
Hope that helps.
Kevin.
