whenever I start my computer it says "invalid system disk, replace the disk, and press any key" - i can't get pass that; any suggestions would be appreciated!

did u try taking the floppy out if the drive and if u did that in ur bios change the boot sequence and put the hard drive first

those are minor: i tried those already, it's nothing to do w/ disks being inside the PC or floppy as well; this is something new that has come up to me, which i don't understand; BIOS sequence already changed before i posted it

Hi all Use a boot floppy and try to do a Dir of C: , does it list the Window dirictory any other Directorys and files that should be there? You may have to reenter bios setup and select to boot to floppy first. Did you prior to problem deleat any files ?
