I had overheating problem with my Mobo due to a loose chipset heatsink. I got the dealer to reseat the heatsink , however I found out that Windows reports my 2nd hard drive as unreadable. The drive is a Western Digital 320GB drive with 3 partitions. In windows drive management the drive is reported as a Dynamic drive, I used a program called Partition find and Mount and it manages to discover the partitions easily. My question is how do I get windows to recognise the drive without zapping all the data on it. My 1st drive is almost full (200GB) and so is the 2nd drive, so copying the files would not be an esy option. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. Ziggie

Firstly re-setting a heatsink is a mugs game --how much did you pay for this service? It really amounts to just applying some type of white grease compound(silicon, probably) and forming a suction on top of the proc are,you sure this was your initial problem??
