Hard Drive shows empty

Specs: Windows 7
Hi, I have a couple of partitions on my hard drive. A couple of days ago I got an error about a problem with "/C' and all the files showed as "hidden" and I couldnt see any installed program. After a couple of reboots I had no choice but to format the partition where windows was installed. I kept all other partitions intact. Now when I try to see the info in the other partitions (which show they have in by % free) the disk says it's empty. I really need some info I have in there and I don't know what to do anymore. I've changed the hard drive to another computer as a back-up as well, and still the same problem. If someone could please help ASAP I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you

Post what is listed in Disk Management for all the partitions.

If you want to, you may still be able to recover some files from the Windows partition. Problem is, most or at least many of them will be Windows system files and you will need to sort through the list.

Download and install recuva. Use it to see. Get recuva from the list below.

l suggest you try to post what is listed in Disk Management for all the partition.
But do not worry, there is still hope that you are able to recover your files with free data recovery software.
Tips: Do not save any data in the device or disk drive in which you have lost your files. You should choose to write a new file to the same partition for storage once you are using Free Data Recovery . Do not install the Data Recovery software on the source drive.
