Hard Drive partition

OS: Windows server 2003
CPU/Ram: intel xeon 2.4ghz/2gb ram
Product: Dell / Poweredge server

My server dell poweredge 840 running windows server 2003 as AD was installed in RAID 1 and partitioned into two. Operating system partition 20gb and data partation 130gb. Now when you go to disk management the partition for operating system is 20 gb but when you click on properties it shows 4gb. My server is now running out-off disk space. Kindly advice how to get that 16gb

It might have many programs already installed on it. And you have read the space that is free in the system. So to be more sure that the spaces is not occupied by viruses run a virus scan in your system to remove any virus that hindrance in the hard drive.
