Comment:

My hard drive had two OS on it and i wanted only to keep Win XP, so I backed up my XP partition, then wiped the drive, formatted the drive in NTFS, then restored XP. The XP partition is approx. 200gb and the total disk space is approx. 300g. In Computer Management it says that the drive is not partitioned and is says it is 200gb and it is also 300gb. I thought FIXMBR in my recovery console would fix it but nothing happened.
Basically i want my hard drive as 300gb(full, no partitions). i thought wiping the drive, formatting the full disk, and restoring would do that.
