Our PC was recently hit with lots and lots of viruses which took a week of scanning and removing to clear. Now the system seems clean and fast again. Only now there is no visible hard drive in my computer or any other place you'd usually expect to see it. Another weird th9ing is that now in the control panel/display there is nor tab for screen saver. These things I've only noticed at a glimps but Im sure that there are lots of things amiss with this system. Can anyone please tell me why this might be?

Many thanks

If you are using Windows the assumption is that you have a hard drive. Look for it in Disk Management. If you have personal files you can't access you may need to take ownership of the files. Look at the link below to learn how to take ownership of the files.
