Hard Drive Died. HELP!

One of my hard drive (which has important data on it) burn't out and I need to access the files from it.

The hard drive is the Seagate ST98823AS hard drive and it burn't out from a high voltage USB device (by accident).

Does anyone know where I can get a controller card for this hard drive so that I can retrieve my data from this hard drive? I don't want to spend extra 60 dollars on Ebay just for this hard drive and have a spare lying around when I can't use it.

Assuming the circuit board is the only thing damaged, and you are confident you can replace it without damaging the platters, you'll probably have to buy an identical drive and swap the boards. I don't know where you could buy just the circuit board.
