Hi , I've on my hp d530 sff a Seagate ST 340015a and would install a Barracuda SATA 7200 rpm instead , but I find on mobo different connectors what shall I do. Tks for help

Your old drive is an IDE drive which uses the wide ribbon to connect. The new drive is a SATA. If your motherboard has a SATA port, you need to buy a Sata cable to connect it. Your power supply must also have a Sata connection.
