Hi, My PC was working fine until this evening. But i just started it & it says "boot device not found, please insert the boot disk and press any key..." I tried resetting CMOS. I changed bios boot device options but no result. I also swap the IDE cables, and it didn't work. When i boot my PC using LinuxLIVE CD, it shows the harddisk (both partitions) and all the files on the hard disk. I have ASUS P4 Motherboard (6-8 months old), I bought the hard disk 15 days ago & installed winXP on it. It was working great. What could go wrong with a perfactly woking PC. In short "BIOS DETECTS THE HARD DISK, BUT IT DOESN'T BOOT" HDD is Primary Slave. HDD is Seagate 120GB. Please help.

And yes, both partitions on that disk are NTFS. 1 for windows & the other for Backup.
