hard disk failure

Specs: windows 7
in hp desktop there have 320 GB WD hard disk when i start machine i seen "hard disk failure is imminent please backup your hard disk and have it replaced" and also i can not load any OS in this machine system will hang out i need to remove this error....pls help me

I take it that you mean you want to remove the hard disk, not the
error? If the drive is failing you aren't advised to try & install an
OS on it until the drive has been replaced. To remove the drive
you just have to take the side off the case, undo the connectors,
remove the mounting screws and there it is.
