Specs: Xp, Intal, zeon
When i am format my pc all file copying partationing then say error loding windows

Download the hard disk utility from the maker of the hard drive, you may have to make a bootable cd. Test to see if the hard drive is ok. Also download memtest86 and again make the cd, unless the bios has a ram test built in it. Boot off it to test the ram. I suspect a failing drive or bad ram.

When testing the hard drive be sure to do the extensive diagnostic. Many pass a short test but fail longer tests, so do the long test.

Not sure what that means? Partitioning must be done 1st, then formating. Formating creates the file system for the for Windows. However, if you're trying to install XP on a SATA HDD, you need to either load the SATA/RAID drivers from a floppy at the start of Windows setup, or you need to create a new XP CD with the SATA/RAID drivers slipstreamed into it.
