I need to back up a really tempromental disk that has two partitions. It runs in its own system, but because of the size I had to slave it on another computer just so i could use partition magic on it.

It has a major problem with the second partition and wont back it up.

I also have Norton Ghost 9, but thats just useless and wont even SEE the second partition. I don't care that it thinks there might be a problem with the partition I just want an exact duplicate of the disk, whether it has errors or not.

Rather than use either of these two programs which won't let me touch the damn thing, is there any way i can just copy the whole disk regardless of partitions?

If Partition Magic and Ghost both can't read the partition then probably the probably the partition has some illegal values. I have no experience with Ghost but when Partition Magic couldn't read but the OS could it usually was that the partition had 'illegal' values. My solution was to copy the partition to another drive using the OS, deleting it, then using PM to recreate it, then copy back the data. Long way around.
