GUI Not showing up for Mobo

May 10, 2010 at 17:02:22
Specs: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit
Whenever I turn on my computer, my
motherboard information will not show up on
my monitor. It will take the normal amount of
time, but nothing will show up on the screen,
but it will continue until windows has started
up. So I can use my computer when windows
starts up, but am unable to see my screen
before then, so i can not go into safe mode
and am unable to go into the bios. This just
started happening today, and I have changed
nothing to cause this to happen.
Any fixes?

My mobo is a ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO AM3 AMD 785G HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard

If it helps my processor is a AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor

I got it fixed by reading other threads and googling. I had a
second display plugged in and i guess it was causing that to be
the primary, so it would only show it on that display, but i did not
have that display on so i could not tell. But, i unplugged it and
sure enough, the POST screen comes up.
