We need more info to go on.

When you power on your PC, what does it do?
What happens on screen? Does you PC make any beeps? If so, how many and are they short or long beeps?

If your graphics card wasn't working, I don't think the PC would continue to boot. I'm not completely ruling out a Graphic card fault however.

Check your cable connections.

If the Graphics card supports dual-head, make sure you are using the correct port to connect the cable.
