Hey,
I am trying to hook up my TV to my nvidia graphics card via S-video cable. I bought one the other day plugged it into the TV and tried the card. I found that the S-video on the card actually has 8/9 pin connector, similar to the s-video cable but if won't fit. Do I need a converter or something and if so what is it called?
I've worked with video for years but never knew there were different s-video cables.

It could be you are trying to hook it up to the PS2 Keyboard or Mouse port. Do you have USB mouse or Keyboard? When you are trying to hook it up is it next to the Monitor cable?
