Go to bios set initial display to agp, return shared memory to ram, disable igp (if there's option). Un-install igp drivers then install v-card (u don't need driver first) then go to ATi website and download v-card driver.
If you have a black screen, it has nothing to do with lack of drivers. The drivers are installed after you boot into windows with the new card. Are you seeing the POST screen when you 1st bootup or nothing at all? Are you sure the card works?
