Graphic card running yet no display

I just bought a Powercolor HD3650 AGP card to replace my fx5200. But when starting my new card(the fans are running)but no display? What could be the cause?

Celeron D 2.4Ghz
1.25Gb 333Mhz Ram
Asrock P4i45gv Mobo
450w ATX power supply

Did you uninstall the nVidia drivers before install the ATI card? Do you have the 4-pin aux power plugged into the card?

Whats the wattage of the power supply -- put the 5200 card back in the machine to make sure everything is working

err 450w -- ya put the old vid card in make sure everything is ok -- reset bios defaults

When the fx520 is inside, yes display.
When the Hd3650 Agp is inside, nope no display
I reset the bios already still cant
And lastly all cables are corectly in place.
