Well here is my story.
I recently bought a new video card, so I had to remove the other one.I installed the video card drivers. Then I inserted the new video card it was working fine it did detected the video card on the desktop. Then it told me to restart my computer so I did. Thats were the problem comes in. I get a blue screen after the boot process and it tells:The device driver got stuck in a infinite loop. This usually indicated problem whit the dive itself or whit the device driver programing the hardware incorrectly.
Please check whit your hardware vendor for any updates.
...and it restarts again. Do you think its a problem whit updating the BIOS because I haven't updated the BIOS in long time.Motherboard: P4M800PRO-M (V2.0)
Video card:ATI Radeon X1650 PRO AGP 8X

"I installed the video card drivers. Then I inserted the new video card"
You did it backwards. You should have uninstalled the drivers for your old card 1st, then shutdown & swapped cards. After booting up with the new card in place, THEN you install the new drivers.
"And that's the fishing line, because Sharkboy said so!"

Hmmm? Well I did uninstall all the drivers from the old one. But I installed the drivers first I dont know I'll see if thats the problem.

I don't think it has anything to do with the BIOS. It more of a driver problem. Apparntly it happens with other cards too.

What's the error message on the blue screen?
"And that's the fishing line, because Sharkboy said so!"
