I just purchased a new for my custom built pc (old one was to big and had poor airflow). I installed all the hardware again as i had in the original case and now when i turn it on all i get is a black screen for a few seconds before my monitor enters power saver mode. the fans and lights turn on but they seem to go slower then a normal startup. My keyboard and mouse have no power there are no sounds from the speakers and there are no beeps from the pc. I am afraid i damaged something while installing into new case but have no idea how i can tell whats damaged.
