My Mobo- Intel DG965WH has an GMA X3000 on board video chipset. I was just wondering what is this card equivalent too?

You really can't compare onboard graphics to a "real" card but it would be safe to say it's performance would be worse than the lowest of the low in current PCI-E cards. In other words, it would be worse than a 6200LE w/TurboCache or Radeon X300SE w/Hypermemory.

there is a new driver for the gma x3000. its the 14.27, but for some reason it wont work for me. When i install it, it say:
Production Version Release * * * Microsoft Windows* 2000 * Microsoft Windows* XP * * Driver Revision: Production Version 14.27 * Package: 33119 * * Graphics: 6.14.10.4785 * HDMI Audio: 5.10.0.1026
When its all done and i restart my computer, it still says its driver version 6.14. anyone can help??
