My 2nd older PC is running Win 95. Kids game has changed something and now all icons, folders, windows are huge.
Cannot change resolution as windows are so big can only see top half of window, no matter how i try to move it.

Not sure if you can do this in Win95, but right click the desktop and select properties, then settings, and press tab twice or so until you find a good resolution. If not, go into Control panel (hit the windows start menu key on keyboard if you have one, then go to settings>control panel) and then go to display, and do the above.
If all of that doesn't work, go into the kids game, try and find a video setting, then change the resolution in there.
Just a question though: What game is this? There might be answers somewhere online.

It's been a while since I worked in 95, but if you can boot into Safe Mode that might give you a chance to see the desktop so you can increase your resolution. I'm not sure.
