A PXE message means the bios is attempting to boot from a remote device or location. This means no local bootable medium has been detected. ie your hard drive is not being detected. First thing is to boot up into BIOS and check whether the bios detects the drive. If the drive is detected then the fact it no longer boots may mean the bootsector has become corrupted. You may be able to repair this using your operating system install disk. Not familiar with Win7 so hopefully someone with experience will come to your aid. In the meantime some detailed system specifications might be useful. Is it a laptop/desktop? Name-brand or custom built?
