Geil ram on msi board.

I have a MSI 648-L Max board and Geil pc3200 512mb stick of ddr ram. And my puter wont boot. The d bracket leds stop on the memory testing so i think it has something to do with my ram but i think its fine. What could i possibly do to get it to work please tell me.

set memory timing at 100mhz and see if its fine then. Then gradually increase it. also run memtest86 http://www.memtest86.com/memt30.zip

Erik, you check your manual, or download from MSI's website. There maybe jumpers on the motherboard or settings in your BIOS.
