geforce4 4000v have 1.8 pixel shader??? can it be upgrade to shader2.0???

U need new v-card that support direct x9(shader model 2), but they are plenty of old & cheap v-cards that support direct 9c(shader model 3).

Didn't you just ask about this under a different screen name? The Geforce4 series is extrememly outdated & there is no way to change the shader support unless you buy a better card. Shader support is built into the GPU & cannot be changed. Have a look at this thread:

BTW, there is no such thing as shader 1.8.
