Specs: Windows XP Home Edition, Intel P4 2.8Ghz/1024Mb
I'm buying an HD3650 AGP with GDDR3 ram, I
was originally thinking of getting the GDDR2
version because I didn't think my power supply
was strong enough. Does GDDR3 use less
power than GDDR2?

I have a 350W power supply with 16A on the
12V rail. Is this enough?

Although GDDR3 is much faster than GDDR2, it uses less power. From a gaming/performance standpoint, you made the right choice. As for the power supply issue, that remains to be seen. All you can do is try it & see what happens.
