I have an old Gateway original Solo. Recently have encountered situations where the computer just restarts for no apparent reason. Also, at times, I will try to turn the laptop on and it seems to stick and not boot. I then have to take the battery out (non-boot happens even with AC adapter), I wait a few seconds and then hit the power button again and usually it will boot. But I never know when the machine is going to just restart. I know it's old, but it's the only Laptop I have. Any ideas?
